Not in Tibet but in Weymouth and it’s that long exactly to the day 14th November, since I had my life changing Heart Attack.
Now with our lives forever changed and workload reduced I should be ok for the foreseeable future.
The addition of our dog, Eddie, into the mix and all the walking that introduces to our lifestyle has helped enormously. There’s never a day off! Even with this stupid Sciatica I have had for the last 2 weeks!
