Yesterday I openned up my email and there was an invite from the local Sea Life park, they’re putting on display a load of Common Clown Fish which are basically Nemo’s so I went down to have a look, the Nemo’s went into their new tank which is full of nice coral etc. but hid in the corner because they were new to the tank and didn’t trust the coral, instinct tells them that it may be full of predators! Poor little things looked terrified, I dare say they’ll get used to it in a day or so then the tank will look great, I’ll go back and have a look then.
Whilst there I was much more impressed with the Octopus called Squidgy, flash photography isn’t allowed so I only took bad shots but he was really happy to see me, swam/slithered up to the glass and gave me a quick eyeing over then played with his toys for fun in the tank, he’s learnt to take the lid off a jar and climb in and out of tubes for his food etc. Loved him!
